Thanks again for shepherding this order through to completion. Your arranging Waterloo addresses for us to view the different styles and colours was instrumental in helping us to make our final decision. We had recently arranged to have an old remote controlled garage door system removed by your firm and replaced with a new Chamberlain system.
Your service representative (Nick) arrived as scheduled - completed the work required - instructed us on the new system and left after cleaning up the area where he worked in our garage. It was such a welcome to have a service representative like Nick that we had to write and let you know our feelings.
In most cases we have encountered, in Strathroy, the service provider either doesn't return phone calls or promises to do the required work but then never shows up or shows up days or weeks later and leaves a mess in the area he works.
So once again we thank you for the fine service Nick provided. We certainly will not hesitate to use your services again nor recommend you to our friends.
